If you checked out with a phone number WITHOUT providing an email your order will be updated via text. If you would like an confirmation sign in to your SHOP app or email us with your email and include your order number in the subject line.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING ?
We have 3 shipping options to choose from. Ground typically takes 3-5 business days, 2 Day Priority takes 2 days and overnight takes 1 business day. Please be advised this does not include the processing time.
WHAT IS PROCESSING TIME ?
Processing time is the time it takes for us to hand make your item, processing time does not include holidays, weekends, or personal days off. Normal processing time is 15-20 business days and Restock/Sale items processing time is 3-4 weeks. Expedited processing is available upon checkout for 50$ and is 3-5 business days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes we do ship internationally, upon check out you will select the shipping carrier of your choice.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS ?
Due to the nature of the items there are absolutely NO returns or refunds.
MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN/DAMAGED/MISSING WHAT DO I DO ?
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the Postal service/Ups to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please file a claim.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS ?
Yes we make custom orders, please email us at email@example.com , we reserve the right to decline any custom order that does not aline with our brand.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES ?
Due to the nature of the items there are absolutely NO returns or refunds. All items are final sale. We understand mistakes happen, you may change your order IF AND ONLY IF the item has not been shipped out to you or already made.
