I need help with my order. What should I do ?
Please send an email to hello@eaunoirswim.com with your order number in the subject line. We do not answer DMs or comments on social media platforms about existing orders. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response.
I checked out but I have no confirmation email. What should I do ?
If you checked out with a phone number without providing an email, your order updates will be sent via text. If you would like a confirmation email, sign in to your SHOP app or email us with your email address and include your order number in the subject line.
How long is shipping?
We offer three shipping options:
- Ground: 3-5 business days
- 2-Day Priority: 2 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
Please note that these times do not include processing time.
What is processing time?
Processing time is the period it takes us to hand-make your item. It does not include holidays, weekends, or personal days off. Normal processing time is 15-20 business days, while restock/sale items take 3-4 weeks. Expedited processing is available for $50 and takes 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. During checkout, you can select the shipping carrier of your choice.
Do you accept refunds?
Due to the nature of our items, there are absolutely no returns or refunds.
My package was stolen/damaged/missing. What should I do?
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service or UPS to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we make custom orders. Please email us at hello@eaunoirswim.com. We reserve the right to decline any custom order that does not align with our brand.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of our items, there are absolutely no returns or refunds. All items are final sale. We understand that mistakes happen, and you may change your order if and only if the item has not been shipped or already made. Please contact us at hello@eaunoirswim.com and include your order number in the subject line.
